                 Our Goals as Organisers are:

                      a. Diverse Perspectives: We aim to feature a diverse panel comprising professionals from research, academia, and
                          industry.

                      b. International Representation: The panel will include participants from various continents to reflect the global nature
                          of our conference.

                      c. Generational Insights: We are excited to include a young student from secondary school to share insights on
                          motivating the next generation and addressing   gender biases in career choices.
